About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Plan and lead the deployment of key global innovations across different markets
Ensure developed solutions address the company’s business needs
Translate innovation pipeline concepts into commercial strategy and metrics, including business cases, scenario planning, CAPEX/OPEX estimations, and P&Ls
Collaborate with Global and Zone partners and Centers of Excellence to deliver projects successfully
Identify and manage strategic and tactical risks through appropriate functional areas and organizational levels
Define frameworks and support execution of strategic long-term, one-year, and three-year plans
Create long-term innovation business plans covering pricing strategy, P&Ls, volume forecasts, and business cases with CAPEX/OPEX investments
Identify, test, implement, standardize, and share internal and external best practices
Leverage a Global and Zone organizational network to deliver objectives

Requirements

What you’ll need

University technical degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Food & Beverage Science & Technology, or equivalent
Advanced university degrees and/or MBA are assets
Minimum 3 years of industry experience within CPGs
Experience in Production Planning/Forecasting desired
Minimum 3 years of industry experience with Project Management
Financial Performance Management (PPM) or equivalent desired
Very strong project management expertise
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Critical thinking and ability to challenge and give feedback
Ability to work across various markets, product categories, and functions at senior levels
Ability to synthesize consumer insights and validate business opportunities
Results-oriented regarding quality, costs, and time
Ability to work in a diverse, multicultural environment and according to ABI way of working
Speed, flexibility, ability to react quickly to scope changes, and commitment to deadlines
Strong fluency in English; other language skills are an asset
Ready to travel one week per quarter outside the home country
Expert in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and MS Project
