About the role
- Extract and integrate data from different sources (internal and external) to build reliable, well-organized datasets.
- Ensure consistency, data quality, and governance of stored data.
- Report and dashboard development:
- Create reports and visual dashboards in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) that translate metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights for business areas.
- Perform descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive analyses to answer business questions and propose improvements.
- Validate hypotheses and provide data-driven insights to support business strategy.
- Automate manual processes related to data collection and analysis to increase operational efficiency.
- Develop scripts and solutions to facilitate large-scale data extraction and manipulation.
- Act as a point of contact for business areas, understanding their needs and translating them into BI solutions.
- Present analyses and recommendations clearly to guide decision-makers.
- Ensure proper operation of BI solutions, including updates and technical troubleshooting.
- Monitor report and dashboard performance, ensuring they are up to date and aligned with business needs.
- Work with stakeholders to define and monitor KPIs that reflect organizational objectives.
- Ensure KPIs are measurable, actionable, and relevant to the business areas.
Requirements
- Proven experience with CRM.
- Experience in data analysis and BI tools.
- Experience with agile methodologies.
- Ability to develop and present reports and dashboards.
- Technical skills in SQL.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience working with multidisciplinary teams.
- Logical thinking to identify patterns, trends, and strategic insights.
- Problem-solving oriented.
- Ability to handle complex situations and propose creative solutions.
- Skill in translating technical data into accessible language for non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaboration with different company areas to drive results.
- Flexibility to handle rapid changes and new technologies.
- Accuracy in data handling and report creation.
- Ability to anticipate issues and propose continuous improvements.
- See beyond the numbers by connecting analyses to business objectives.
- Interest in staying up to date on trends and innovations in BI and data analysis.
