About the role

  • Support the Business Unit team
  • Project management support: prepare presentations, organize agendas and meetings with key partners and stakeholders, monitor tasks and resolve issues with project team members
  • Performance management: monitor and report area KPIs, identify root causes and define action plans (monthly)
  • Data collection and analysis: establish data workflows, update dashboards, develop analyses and recommendations
  • Relevant experience and skills
  • Strong organizational skills and analytical/logical thinking
  • Build and maintain a cross-functional network and operate effectively in fast-paced, unstructured environments

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Power user of work analysis and collaboration tools
  • Advanced English (spoken and written)
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience in marketing or finance is a plus
