Requirements
- Senior-level expertise with building machine learning algorithms.
- Extensive experience with data collection and data processing.
- Experience with data cleaning, normalization, and feature engineering to prepare the data for modeling.
- Experience with time series analysis and predictive modeling. Experience with Python and other modeling tools.
- Implementing data validation and cleaning processes to identify and rectify errors or inconsistencies in the incoming data.
- Building advanced time series forecasting models at scale.
- Creating relevant features that can improve forecasting accuracy, such as lag features, rolling statistics, and domain-specific variables.
- Deploying well-performing models into a production environment.
- Analyzing historical data and real-time information to determine changes in energy consumption.
