About the role

  • Approaching and acquiring major clients in the real estate sector across the entire sales funnel

Requirements

  • Successfully completed (technical) university degree, ideally with a background in energy engineering or energy economics
  • Professional experience in the real estate industry

  • Strong customer and deal-closing orientation
  • Willingness to travel (up to 30% of work time) within the sales territory of Eastern Germany (Berlin, Brandenburg, Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt, Thuringia, Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania)
  • Residence in this region
  • Very good German language skills (minimum C1 level)
