About the role
- Approaching and acquiring major clients in the real estate sector across the entire sales funnel
- Preparing and conducting marketing and sales events (in-person or digital)
- Creating professional and audience-appropriate sales materials
- Preparing and negotiating proposals
- Active customer feedback management
- Designing market research
Requirements
- Successfully completed (technical) university degree, ideally with a background in energy engineering or energy economics
- Professional experience in the real estate industry
- Demonstrable experience in selling software solutions
- Strong customer and deal-closing orientation
- Willingness to travel (up to 30% of work time) within the sales territory of Eastern Germany (Berlin, Brandenburg, Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt, Thuringia, Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania)
- Residence in this region
- Very good German language skills (minimum C1 level)
