About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the end-to-end order lifecycle, supporting Asia Pacific Sales team
- Manage the full order-to-cash (O2C) process from order entry to delivery
- Ensure accurate and timely order entry and maintenance in CRM
- Coordinate closely with supply chain and logistics teams to record shipment bookings and delivery schedules
- Generate and manage purchase orders, invoices, and shipping documentation
- Generate regular sales reports, including performance metrics and goal tracking
- Act as the primary liaison between Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Service teams to resolve issues
- Maintain CRM data quality, including pipeline updates and customer records
- Support sales forecasting by providing accurate pipeline and order status data
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Order Management, or Supply Chain coordination
- Hands-on experience with order-to-cash (O2C) or order-to-invoice processes
- Familiarity with international shipping (customs, Incoterms, export documentation) is strongly preferred
- Experience with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Proficiency in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills; able to coordinate across sales, finance, and operations teams
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously
