About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own and support testing across our design and manufacturing process.
Develop, implement, and maintain test plans, procedures, and systems that ensure product quality and reliability at scale.
Work closely with R&D and Quality to translate product requirements into effective design and manufacturing tests.
Troubleshoot issues and drive continuous improvement in testing and production performance.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Higher diploma or bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 2+ years of design or testing experience in electronics products or electrical equipment, ideally with battery systems.
Experience developing test plans and analyzing test data.
Experience in design testing, troubleshooting, and problem-solving for electronics or electrical products.
Hands-on experience with power analyzers, oscilloscopes, multimeters, megger testers, or similar tools.
Proficient in Excel with strong documentation and report-writing capabilities.
Strong written and spoken Mandarin.
Required frequent travel to our factory in Changzhou.
