About the role

  • Support the creation and coordination of mission-driven content across social media, written communications, and multimedia projects.
  • Collaborate with content manager to create and schedule content for social channels.
  • Monitor and moderate social comments and dms.
  • Provide writing support for blogs, announcements, hub posts, emails, social posts and organizational collateral.
  • With support from the Marketing Communications Manager, develop a workplan for a national video testimonial collection project.
  • Support the planning and production of product videos for Recovery Corps, Reading Corps, Math Corps and Early Learning Corps.
  • Other Duties as Assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Required)
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing and communications, including writing, editing, and content development across digital and traditional channels.
  • Proven ability to plan, execute, and evaluate strategic marketing initiatives that achieve measurable results.
  • Strong skills in relationship-building, collaboration, and influencing across diverse teams and organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in dynamic environments with creativity, accountability, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop and InDesign) and fluency in managing social media and digital marketing tools.
