Revenue Operations Manager
AmpaRevenue Operations Manager optimizing HubSpot CRM and revenue operations for a pioneering neurotechnology startup. Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to improve operational efficiency.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own day-to-day administration of HubSpot CRM
- Configure and maintain pipelines, lifecycle stages, properties, permissions, dashboards, and automation workflows
- Build and optimize lead routing, scoring, nurturing, and handoff processes
- Maintain CRM hygiene, deduplication, and data integrity standards
- Manage integrations between HubSpot and other systems/tools
- Collaborate with Marketing on campaign tracking, attribution, and lead management
- Analyze funnel performance and identify operational bottlenecks
- Evaluate and implement RevOps tooling and integrations
- Help define KPIs and operational cadences for the revenue organization
- Train internal teams on HubSpot best practices and process adherence
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–7+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or CRM Administration
- Strong hands-on experience administering HubSpot CRM required
- Experience building workflows, automations, reporting, and dashboards in HubSpot
- Strong understanding of B2B sales funnels and revenue operations
- Advanced spreadsheet and analytical skills
- Experience with integrations and data management tools preferred
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
