About the role
- Own the client relationships following contract signature, from implementation to go-live, early adoption to steady state independent usage of the Ampa One system
- Support both remote and onsite deployments, tailoring implementation approaches to each client’s needs
- Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with clinicians, administrators, and operational leaders
- Act as a strategic advisor to clients, balancing empathy with accountability to drive outcomes
- Ensure a high-quality, consistent client experience across complex healthcare environments
- Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities early and proactively drive resolution
- Act as a connective leader across teams, ensuring clinical realities are reflected in operational and technical decisions
Requirements
- 5+ years in clinical, customer success, implementation, or digital health operations roles
- RN or clinical background strongly preferred
- Ability to translate clinical knowledge into operational and technology-enabled workflows
- Proven success managing senior clinical and administrative stakeholders
- Highly polished written and verbal communication; credible with sophisticated clinicians
- Comfortable owning outcomes in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- Experience with CRM, project management, or customer success platforms
