About the role

  • Own the client relationships following contract signature, from implementation to go-live, early adoption to steady state independent usage of the Ampa One system
  • Support both remote and onsite deployments, tailoring implementation approaches to each client’s needs
  • Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with clinicians, administrators, and operational leaders
  • Act as a strategic advisor to clients, balancing empathy with accountability to drive outcomes
  • Ensure a high-quality, consistent client experience across complex healthcare environments
  • Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities early and proactively drive resolution
  • Act as a connective leader across teams, ensuring clinical realities are reflected in operational and technical decisions

Requirements

  • 5+ years in clinical, customer success, implementation, or digital health operations roles
  • RN or clinical background strongly preferred
  • Ability to translate clinical knowledge into operational and technology-enabled workflows
  • Proven success managing senior clinical and administrative stakeholders
  • Highly polished written and verbal communication; credible with sophisticated clinicians
  • Comfortable owning outcomes in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
  • Experience with CRM, project management, or customer success platforms
