Requirements

  • Ideally CMLI (or working towards Chartership with P2C support)
  • Strong knowledge of UK planning and environmental policy
  • Ability to develop designs, produce reports, and use industry software confidently
  • Preliminary landscape and visual appraisals
  • LVIA and townscape assessments (including tall buildings)
  • Landscape strategies and conceptual design
  • Green Belt/Grey Belt assessments
  • Capacity, sensitivity, and character studies
  • Contributions to Vision Documents, DAS, and Design Codes
