About the role
- Plan, organize, lead and monitor the activities performed by the multidisciplinary team through control of the project pipeline.
- Lead sprint planning rituals and execute Backlog tasks according to defined priorities and business rules.
- Promote internal knowledge sharing among team members through research and communication of best practices.
- Plan, organize, manage, control and allocate the resources required for functional work.
- Define, consolidate, monitor and analyze productivity and quality metrics for the area.
- Support and guide the preparation of your area’s budget, systematically control expenditures and promptly correct any deviations.
- Consistently practice the values in accordance with AmorSaúde’s beliefs.
- Comply with, enforce and help disseminate Information Security Policies and Procedures, in accordance with the LGPD (General Data Protection Law - Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados).
Requirements
- Modern NestJS: Deep expertise with the framework, including Dependency Injection, Guards, Interceptors, Pipes and development of microservices or isolated modules.
- Architecture and Databases: Experience with TypeORM working with PostgreSQL and OracleDB, ensuring query performance and data integrity.
- AWS for Backend: Proficiency with AWS infrastructure (EC2, RDS, Lambda, SQS/SNS) and cloud migration strategies.
- CI/CD with GitHub Actions: Design robust backend pipelines (build → unit/integration tests → quality gate → deploy) with a focus on automation and security.
- Observability and APM: Implementation and use of OpenTelemetry and monitoring tools (such as Datadog or similar) for request tracing and performance diagnosis.
- People leadership across two squads: Conduct code reviews, provide technical mentoring (1:1s) and foster talent development within the team.
