About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Strategic Opportunity Mapping: Research and identify new market niches, investment visas, and tax incentives in key regions such as LATAM (Mercosur), the US, and Europe, directly contributing to the global expansion of our clients.
  • Global Scenario and Risk Analysis: Actively monitor movements of international competitors and geopolitical signals (weak signals) that could affect clients' assets, anticipating challenges and proposing solutions.
  • Data Intelligence with Generative AI: Implement and optimize research workflows using leading Generative AIs (Copilot, Gemini, ChatGPT) for complex data extraction and intelligent report automation, increasing the efficiency and depth of our analyses.
  • Strategic Insights Visualization: Develop and maintain dynamic, intuitive dashboards (Advanced Excel, Power BI, Looker Studio), transforming raw data into actionable visual intelligence for leadership and clients.
  • Accuracy and Reliability: Ensure validation and reliability of sources (IMF, World Bank, Central Banks), resolving discrepancies and safeguarding the integrity of the information that supports our recommendations.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Education: Currently enrolled in International Relations, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or Business Administration.
  • Languages: Advanced/Fluent English is mandatory, with proven ability to read, synthesize, and communicate international technical reports effectively.
  • Hard Skills: Advanced Excel — mastery of pivot tables, complex formulas, and data modeling. Proficiency with Generative AI — ability to use AI tools for advanced research and process optimization.
  • Soft Skills: Insatiable investigative curiosity, ability to self-manage in a dynamic remote environment, systemic thinking to connect complex dots, and proactivity to pursue innovative solutions.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of programming languages (Python, SQL, or R). Proficiency in Power BI or Looker Studio. International experience or knowledge of tax/customs legislation.
