Content Marketing Manager

• Create, plan and develop scripts for short-form videos (Reels, TikTok) and long-form videos (YouTube, corporate), aligning communication with marketing objectives and legal guidelines.
• Capture footage with a focus on aesthetics and narrative (using smartphone or camera), organize the recording schedule and coordinate shoots with other team members.
• Perform basic video editing using mobile apps (CapCut, InShot, VN or similar), optimizing titles, captions/subtitles, cuts and pacing according to each platform’s language.
• Research trends, sounds, viral formats and industry best practices to ensure content is always up to date and optimized for the algorithm.
• Publish, organize and archive content in internal folders, assist in weekly audiovisual content planning and monitor basic performance metrics.
