About the role

  • You will play a central role in executing and developing the company's marketing and communications strategies.
  • The position involves broad responsibilities across multiple areas, contributing to strengthening Amorim Global's presence in national and international markets.
  • Branding: brand positioning, corporate identity, value proposition, and consistent communication across all channels.
  • Digital/Performance Marketing: management of digital channels focused on reach and conversion: paid media, SEO, social media, marketing automation, and digital campaigns.
  • Demand Generation: structuring strategies to attract qualified leads and support the sales funnel.
  • Product Marketing: creating value propositions for the company's solutions.
  • Marketing Analytics: monitoring metrics and KPIs and analyzing data to optimize strategies.
  • Employer Branding: managing the company's positioning as an employer brand.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, or a related field
  • Experience analyzing digital metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to produce institutional and digital content
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage tasks using productivity tools
  • Advanced or fluent English, with the ability to communicate verbally and in writing in a professional context
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or corporate communications
