About the role

  • Proactively approach customers on the Seguros Promo website
  • Identify sales opportunities and recommend the product best suited to each customer’s profile, based on searches on the site or probing during the interaction
  • Use sales techniques (approach, probing, objection handling, persuasion, and closing)
  • Record all interactions and actions in the customer service system and in the prospect database
  • Correctly execute all system sales steps according to established procedures, and provide the customer with the necessary information
  • Negotiate pricing and discounts within permitted limits, with support from supervision/coordination
  • Log clock-in, clock-out, and breaks in the timekeeping and telephony systems
  • Use standard macros in customer interactions
  • Monitor interactions to confirm sales closures
  • Participate in training and refresher courses to stay up to date
  • Request insurer reviews for specific plans (e.g., issuance while traveling, extensions)
  • Report to management any errors identified in the customer service systems or on the website.

Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Experience in customer service and sales
  • Knowledge of multichannel support
  • Negotiation, communication, and active listening skills
  • Organized, attentive, proactive, and a team player.
