About the role
- Provide support and mentorship to other developers
- Analyze, maintain, and improve the Symfony-based backend and React-based frontend
- Proactively identify performance bottlenecks and implement forward-thinking optimizations
- Bring fresh ideas to the table, influencing both technology choices and development practices
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure continuous improvement of our software development processes.
Requirements
- Degree in IT, Software Development, or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with Symfony (preferably SF4+) and ApiPlatform
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with React
- Practical knowledge of Docker and Message Queue systems
- Experienced with testing tools such as PHPUnit, Behat, and Playwright
- Strong problem-solving mindset coupled with a proactive, ownership-driven approach
- Language Proficiency: English (B2 level or higher); German is a plus
- Geographic Requirement: Applicants must be based in the EU.
