About the role
- Acquire new SME clients in our target Czech market out of a pool of leads
- Building and maintaining relationships with key decision makers at targeted accounts
- Active calling and communication with prospect accounts from targeted sectors
- Overcome objections and effectively communicate value propositions to key decision makers regarding appropriate offerings
- Highly pro-active in both researching and finding opportunities in the FX, payments, and card industry
- Aware of industry trends and maintains extensive knowledge of competitor's offerings
- Generate revenue through recurring deals and additional services
- Collaboration with our operations, marketing, and other teams
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal communication
- Strong presentation skills
- Track record in solution-oriented selling
- Experienced in Business and Account Development ideally within the SME payment/fx sector
- Ability to network and research clients
- Self-motivated, proactive and target oriented
- Strong ability to learn and work independently, self-management skills
- Very high proficiency in Czech
- Proficiency in English
- Work from any amnis office (incl. flight and hotel)
- Budget for external training
- Hybrid work-from-home model
