About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for presentation to the Recruitment Manager
  • Own the front end of the recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates for active openings and future hiring needs
  • Execute strategic sourcing through internet research, cold calling, networking, social media, referrals, diversity recruiting, and market mapping
  • Achieve productivity and performance metrics while maintaining candidate quality and experience
  • Lead sourcing efforts for multiple concurrent requisitions and develop talent attraction strategies
  • Provide recruitment progress updates, market insights, and candidate activity to Recruitment Leadership
  • Maintain knowledge of employment laws, regulations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices
  • Support special projects and process improvement initiatives
  • Partner with Clinical & Quality Operations teams on candidate submission updates and hiring and onboarding processes
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with hiring professionals to support future staffing needs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate's Degree with 0–2 years of professional experience, OR High School Diploma/GED with 2–4 years of professional experience
  • Experience in healthcare staffing, recruiting, talent acquisition, or a related customer-facing environment preferred
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with business partners, hiring leaders, and key stakeholders
  • Experience handling sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Experience in a goal-oriented, sales-driven, or performance-based environment preferred
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting tools, and sourcing platforms preferred
  • Strong candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing capabilities
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
  • Adaptability to changing business demands and hiring priorities
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards
