About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- The Account Manager II, Nursing & Allied develops and manages relationships with healthcare facility clients to support contingent workforce and clinician staffing needs.
- This role serves as a strategic partner to clients by understanding workforce challenges, identifying staffing solutions, and driving successful placement outcomes.
- Working closely with recruiters, vendors, and internal stakeholders, the Account Manager manages open requisitions, promotes candidate opportunities, supports client workforce initiatives, and ensures a high-quality client experience throughout the staffing lifecycle.
- Build and maintain consultative relationships with healthcare facility contacts to understand staffing priorities, workforce needs, and future hiring demands.
- Provide proactive recommendations to address workforce challenges across nursing and allied healthcare specialties.
- Collaborate with business development leadership to align staffing strategies with client growth objectives.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate degree and 2+ years of account management, client relationship management, staffing, healthcare operations, or workforce solutions experience OR High school diploma or GED and 4+ years of account management, client relationship management, staffing, healthcare operations, or workforce solutions experience
- Experience managing client relationships and supporting business objectives.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and deadlines.
- Experience utilizing CRM, ATS, VMS, or related business systems.
