About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and maintain strategic client relationships to drive revenue growth and long-term customer retention.
- Identify new business opportunities and partner targets to expand market presence and introduce new service offerings.
- Conduct outbound sales efforts, client meetings, presentations, and onsite visits as needed.
- Build strategic partnerships with third-party organizations and industry stakeholders.
- Develop and execute regional sales plans to meet or exceed revenue and profit targets.
- Sell and promote workforce technology solutions, including VMS (Vendor Management Systems), SaaS platforms, workforce management tools.
- Deliver compelling presentations, product demonstrations, and business reviews that showcase measurable client value and ROI.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate's Degree plus 5-7 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 7-9 years of work experience
- Demonstrated success selling SaaS, VMS, MSP, workforce management, scheduling, or contingent workforce technology solutions
- Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and close enterprise-level technology agreements
- Experience building relationships with executive stakeholders and influencing strategic business decisions
- Strong understanding of healthcare workforce trends, staffing operations, and technology-enabled workforce solutions
- Experience presenting business cases, negotiating contracts, and driving adoption of technology solutions within healthcare organizations.
