Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree plus 5-7 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 9-11 years of work experience
  • Proven ability to analyze workforce metrics and drive business recommendations
  • Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-organizational, sophisticated enterprise programs or projects applying internal and vendor resources
  • Strong executive presence with experience presenting to senior leaders and clients
  • Experience leading client-facing meetings, strategic discussions, and workforce planning sessions
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) (Preferred)
