Key responsibilities & impact

Provide strategic oversight and execution of logistics operations supporting labor disruption events
Direct and oversee concurrent logistics workstreams (housing, travel, ground transportation, induction/orientation support)
Drive coordination across cross-functional teams to eliminate silos and ensure unified delivery across all logistics channels
Build, lead, and develop high-performing logistics teams; hold team members accountable for execution, outcomes, and adherence to SLAs
Lead logistics execution in fast-paced, high-risk, and time-sensitive strike environments
Maintain real-time visibility into logistics performance, proactively addressing disruptions, delays, or risks
Identify logistics risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure uninterrupted operations
Monitor vendor performance, service level adherence, and logistical KPIs; implement corrective actions as needed
Provide executive-level updates on logistics readiness, risks, and performance

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree plus 7-10 years of work experience within logistics management OR High School Diploma/GED plus 11-14 years of work experience within logistics management
Prior experience in the hospitality industry
Experience in managing operations during a strike event
