Key responsibilities & impact

Proactively source and engage healthcare providers across targeted clinical specialties
Perform high-volume outbound outreach via phone, email, and digital platforms to generate candidate interest
Conduct career conversations with healthcare professionals
Quickly identify replacement and backup candidates to mitigate risk and ensure continuity
Maintain accurate documentation and tracking of candidate interactions in Jobscience/ATS
Consistently hit activity and performance benchmarks

Requirements

What you’ll need

3–7 years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, or high-volume, activity-driven roles
Healthcare experience required, ideally supporting clinical or provider roles in acute care settings
Proven ability to manage high outreach volume while prioritizing shifting demands
Strong proficiency across multiple platforms, including: ATS/CRM systems (Jobscience, Salesforce), LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and sourcing tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build credibility quickly with healthcare professionals.
