About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

The Product Owner will partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, Design, and business stakeholders to translate strategy into clear, actionable user stories while maintaining a cohesive product vision.
Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, stakeholder needs, and technical dependencies.
Actively leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar) to improve productivity and quality in User story creation and refinement, acceptance criteria and edge-case discovery, release notes and stakeholder communications.
Collaborate with Product Management to align backlog priorities with the product roadmap and strategic objectives.
Develop clear, detailed user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria using frameworks like INVEST.
Define sprint goals and participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Engage with stakeholders and end-users to gather feedback and validate solutions.
Facilitate backlog refinement sessions to ensure stories are ready for upcoming sprints.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree plus 2-5 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 6-9 years of work experience in healthcare or language services
Experience in AI‑enabled environment and demonstrates strong product thinking is required
Experience with API integrations and third-party platform connectivity
Experience in healthcare domain (Preferred)
Experience in successfully launching user-facing features and capabilities
Certified Product Owner (Preferred)
