About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Produce and maintain workforce analytics and reporting for HR and business stakeholders on established cadences
Support operational workforce decision‑making through timely analysis of staffing, productivity, and workforce metrics
Monitor current and short‑term workforce trends to identify changes, risks, or data issues
Analyze historical workforce data to identify patterns and support workforce planning activities
Respond to ad hoc reporting requests and time‑sensitive business questions with accurate, well‑structured outputs

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree with 2-5 years of relevant experience, or High School Diploma / GED with 4–6 years of relevant experience
1–3 years of Workday experience in analytics, reporting, or data analysis (HR, workforce, or business analytics preferred)
Experience using analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI or similar platforms)
Experience reporting from Workday or a comparable HRIS; Workday Reporting preferred
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; working knowledge of PowerPoint
