Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree plus 5-7 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 9-11 years of work experience
7+ years in strategy consulting, healthcare operations, or human capital management
Strategic Workforce Planning: Develop long-term staffing strategies, including hiring, skill-based routing, and forecasting to optimize resource allocation
Data Analytics & Benchmarking: Use data to identify labor trends, variances, and performance improvement opportunities
Healthcare systems experience (Operations or Clinical)
Presentation to executive level audiences experience
Proven success in process improvement
Lean/Six Sigma or similar experience preferred
Leadership/Leading sophisticated teams and processes
