Lead and execute full‑cycle executive searches

Requirements

What you’ll need

Associate’s Degree with 5–7 years of experience in Academic Executive Search and business development
High School Diploma/GED with 7–9 years of Academic Executive Search and business development
Exceptional interpersonal and consultative communication skills
Demonstrated ability to assess complex executive, physician, and academic leadership profiles
Strong business development mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and close retained engagements
Strategic thinker with the ability to quickly grasp new subject matter and institutional dynamics
Highly organized with strong project management and execution skills
Self‑directed, entrepreneurial, and comfortable operating with autonomy in a team‑based environment.
