About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze performance across the candidate funnel (Lead → Application → Placement) to identify trends and opportunities
- Evaluate lead sources (e.g., job boards, digital marketing, referrals) to determine quality and effectiveness
- Develop and track key metrics such as conversion rates and starts per 1,000 leads
- Identify gaps in lead attribution and support efforts to improve data accuracy and consistency
- Aggregate, clean, and structure data from multiple sources to support a unified data model
- Partner with recruiting and operations teams to uncover workflow inefficiencies and improve speed-to-engagement
- Translate data into clear insights, dashboards, and executive-ready summaries
- Support testing and analysis of initiatives aimed at improving conversion and lead quality
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) is a plus
- Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 0–2 years of related experience
- 3.0 GPA
