About the role
- Design and develop WalkMe content aligned to business goals and user needs
- Integrates adult learning theory into multi-platform training solutions
- Designs and establishes benchmarks that measure the impact and efficiency of learning and development programs
- Collaborates in the design of computer-based and multimedia curricula
- Supports implementation and execution of the Learning Management System
- Owns the training program in accordance with business needs and regulatory requirements
- Ensures the quality and consistency of course content
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree plus 5-7 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 9-11 years of work experience
- WalkMe background is required
- Proven track record to work in a fast paced, constantly evolving environment
- Demonstrated skill with classroom facilitation to make clear and persuasive presentation and facilitate large group meetings
- Excellent time management, project management and organizational skills, with attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, concurrent assignments while meeting deadlines and quality execution
