About the role
- Lead Locum Tenens Sales Strategies for an Innovator in Healthcare Talent Solutions
- Create a direct and tangible impact on the Locum Tenens division
- Develop and implement go-to market strategy and ensure revenue targets are met
- Manage a team of individual producers and provide leadership to the greater sales / recruitment organization
- Report financial results to the Executive Committee and Board of Directors
- Strategize with division leadership on a weekly basis to evaluate projections in terms of production metrics
- Supervise the attraction and hiring of new team members
- Coach and mentor team members on sales management and leadership skills
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- 7 years of sales experience
- 5 years of Enterprise Sales leadership experience and a proven track record of coaching and mentoring teams via strong funnel management
- Strong financial competence, experience managing budgets and revenues of at least $100M
- High-energy, tenacious, and creative, able to put in the effort to empower others
- Resilient, adaptable, flexible, and friendly
- Ability to communicate effectively and build strategic relationships
