💰 $110,500 - $138,000 per year
About the role
- Execute the strategic vision to drive market share, brand awareness, and revenue generation for physician and leadership accounts.
- Oversee and drive account management teams for new sales activity, development of new accounts, maximizing current accounts, and generating new order demand.
- Develop innovative project plans to increase divisional revenue and profitability.
- Formalize department vision into practical plans impacting team building, culture, cross-functional communication, and talent retention.
- Lead cross-functional meetings to design and implement division initiatives and process changes.
- Translate divisional and enterprise goals into operational plans and production expectations.
- Manage division headcount and conduct performance evaluations; interview internal and external candidates.
- Facilitate team meetings, interpret sales reports, and hold team members accountable to improve production.
- Partner with team members on Individual Development Plans (IDP) and use Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) as needed.

- Experience in a management or supervisory role
- Experience building strong relationships with key partners and decision makers
- Experience with Salesforce
- Experience maintaining confidential and sensitive information
