About the role

  • Management and monitoring of invoicing (including weekly reconciliation);
  • Control of invoice cancellations and processes with SEFAZ/City Hall (SEFAZ/Prefeitura);
  • Support for tax determination (items, CFOP and operations);
  • Ensuring fiscal and accounting compliance with local laws and applicable standards;
  • Interface with outsourced accounting (validation of ledgers and financial statements);
  • Verification of monthly taxes and issuance of tax payment slips (including service imports);
  • Issuance of specific invoices (e.g., rebate invoices);
  • Receipt and fiscal control of invoices in the system;
  • Reconciliation of general ledger accounts;
  • Ensuring fiscal receipt/acceptance of invoices issued to the company;
  • Accounting posting of incoming and outgoing invoices;
  • Execution of departmental routines and procedures.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in accounting, tax and billing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences or related fields.
  • Knowledge of integrated ERP systems (TOTVS, OMIE, SAP, ORACLE).
  • Knowledge of taxes and tax compliance.
  • English — a plus.
