About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Document and map processes, scripts, procedures, and flowcharts
- Apply process analysis methodologies and map routines across corporate departments
- Use productivity tools and organizational modeling software
- Support organizational restructuring, process reviews, or transformation projects
- Contribute to process automation initiatives using MAKE, N8N, or other tools
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong expertise in documenting and mapping processes, scripts, procedures, and flowcharts
- Experience with process analysis methodologies and mapping routines across corporate areas
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of organizational modeling software such as Bizagi and Visio
- Experience with organizational restructuring, process reviews, or transformation projects is a plus
- Experience in complex corporate environments is a plus
- Knowledge of process automation with MAKE, N8N, or other tools is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or technologist degree
- Senior-level
