About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define and drive the company's administrative and financial strategy, ensuring alignment with growth, profitability, sustainability and corporate governance objectives.
  • Lead the organization’s financial planning, including annual budgeting, financial projections, cash flow, capital structure and performance monitoring.
  • Act as a strategic partner to senior management and the Board of Directors, providing analysis, metrics and recommendations to support decision-making and business risk management.
  • Ensure financial governance by establishing internal controls, policies, processes and monitoring mechanisms that deliver predictability, compliance and security of operations.
  • Oversee the Finance, Administrative and other areas under your responsibility, ensuring operational efficiency and alignment with corporate guidelines.
  • Manage strategies for accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit, collections, investments and relationships with financial institutions.
  • Develop and monitor financial and operational KPIs, promoting a data- and results-driven culture.
  • Ensure fiscal, tax, corporate and regulatory compliance, working together with Legal, Accounting, Governance, HR and Compliance teams.
  • Assess the economic and financial viability of new projects, investments, acquisitions, expansions and the organization’s strategic initiatives.
  • Lead internal and external audit processes, ensuring availability, reliability and traceability of financial and administrative information.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize costs, increase operational efficiency and continuously improve administrative and financial processes.
  • Assist, when necessary, in developing policies, standards and procedures that strengthen corporate governance and the organization’s financial sustainability.
  • Plan and monitor the organizational structure of the areas under your management, promoting leadership development and high-performance teams.
  • Manage financial, operational and strategic risks, proposing preventive and corrective measures that protect the company’s interests.
  • Ensure that administrative and financial decisions contribute to value creation, sustainable growth and the long-term continuity of the business.
