• Plan, organize, and execute the company's strategic events in in-person, online, and hybrid formats.
• Coordinate the overall event timeline — from planning through post-event follow-up.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, controlling costs and ensuring the best cost-benefit ratio.
• Negotiate and contract vendors (venues, catering, audiovisual, set design, giveaways, accommodation, transportation, etc.).
• Draft and review contracts, ensuring legal and financial compliance.
• Organize complete logistics for setup, registration, and technical and operational structure.
• Oversee on-site execution, ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure integration of activities.
• Manage registrations and relationships with participants, speakers, and partners.
• Support event promotion and communications.
• Supervise online broadcasts when applicable, ensuring technical stability and audiovisual quality.
• Prepare reports and presentations of results with performance indicators (ROI, reach, engagement, satisfaction, leads generated, etc.).
• Manage the accounting and payment processes and follow-ups with vendors and internal departments.
• Recommend continuous improvements to processes and event formats based on lessons learned and feedback.
• Keep event files, records, and databases up to date.
• Ensure brand consistency and adherence across all event materials and experiences.
