About the role
- Support the finance team and Company’s daily operations with accounts payable tasks
- Record, verify, and process supplier invoices and staff expense claims accurately and timely
- Assist in preparing payment runs, ensuring supporting documents are complete and compliant with company policies
- Perform vendor account reconciliations and support month-end closing activities related to accounts payable
- Maintain proper filing of AP documents, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
- Provide assistance on ad-hoc finance tasks including audits, system updates, and reporting
- Gain exposure to end-to-end AP processes, compliance, and reporting while working alongside experienced finance professionals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
- 0 - 2 years of work experience (new graduates are welcome to apply)
- Native proficiency in Thai and a strong command of English (required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Xero, SAP, or Oracle) is an advantage but not required
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles (TFRS is a plus)
