About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Review all part additions and price changes for completeness
- Review approved pricing for completeness
- Load OEM part additions and price changes into the database
- Create price files in OEM-designated format and communicate them to customers
- Maintain product and pricing updates for Product Guides
- Create and communicate promotional tracking to internal personnel, Affiliate partners, and OEM
- Process promotional claims and payout files accurately and efficiently
- Acquire data to analyze dealership program reports and run ad hoc analysis
- Contribute to monthly OEM reporting needs
- Assist the Program Manager with program-related questions and issues
- Create and update daily production reports and provide updates to OEM, field team, and management
- Resolve dealership billing concerns
Requirements
What you’ll need- Intermediate-level knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, verbal communication, and written communication skills
- Problem-solving and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and innovate
- High energy and strong work ethic
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
