About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Review all part additions and price changes for completeness
  • Review approved pricing for completeness
  • Load OEM part additions and price changes into the database
  • Create price files in OEM-designated format and communicate them to customers
  • Maintain product and pricing updates for Product Guides
  • Create and communicate promotional tracking to internal personnel, Affiliate partners, and OEM
  • Process promotional claims and payout files accurately and efficiently
  • Acquire data to analyze dealership program reports and run ad hoc analysis
  • Contribute to monthly OEM reporting needs
  • Assist the Program Manager with program-related questions and issues
  • Create and update daily production reports and provide updates to OEM, field team, and management
  • Resolve dealership billing concerns

Requirements

  • Intermediate-level knowledge of Microsoft Excel

  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, verbal communication, and written communication skills
