Key responsibilities & impact

Lead Amgen’s strategy and engagement to transform how employers approach obesity treatment
Define and lead the national strategy to expand employer coverage of GLP-1 therapies for obesity and related conditions
Identify, segment and prioritize key employer stakeholders
Shape employer-focused value propositions that communicate clinical outcomes
Serve as a key market access leader supporting launch planning, execution, and post-launch optimization
Establish and maintain executive-level relationships with employers, employer benefits consultants, and national coalitions
Manage performance against business objectives, key performance indicators, and coverage expansion targets

Requirements

What you’ll need

Doctorate degree and 4 years of Sales, Marketing and/or Payor experience OR Master’s degree and 8 years of Sales, Marketing and/or Payor experience OR Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of Sales, Marketing and/or Payor experience
Deep expertise in U.S. market access
Proven success influencing coverage, reimbursement, or benefit design decisions
Experience supporting product launches or major access inflection points
Strong understanding of obesity, cardiometabolic, or specialty market dynamics
Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels
Executive presence with experience engaging C-suite or senior external stakeholders
