Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze business requirements and translate them into efficient and effective information systems solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system enhancements, perform data analysis, troubleshoot issues, and support system implementation and maintenance.
Partner closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering to analyze processes, identify gaps, and define scalable solutions.
Lead end-to-end business analysis for complex initiatives, from discovery through delivery.
Manage scope, priorities, dependencies, and timelines across multiple initiatives.
Facilitate workshops, backlog grooming, and Agile ceremonies to drive alignment and execution.
Analyze business processes and drive improvements through optimization and automation.
Support testing, including UAT, to ensure solutions meet functional and business requirements.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Doctorate degree OR Master’s degree and 2 years of Computer Science, IT or related field OR Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of Computer Science, IT or related field OR Associate’s degree and 8 years of Computer Science, IT or related field OR High school diploma / GED and 10 years of Computer Science, IT or related field
5+ years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and functional solution design.
3+ years of experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce (SFMC preferred), with ability to translate business needs into system capabilities.
3+ years of hands-on experience working with Customer Data Platforms (CDP), including Salesforce Data Cloud, with strong understanding of unified customer data models, identity resolution, and segmentation.
3+ years of experience analyzing data flows, integrations, and end-to-end data mapping across systems.
Strong understanding (3+ years) of Agile, Scrum, and Design Thinking principles.
3+ years of experience creating documentation including user stories, process flows, data mappings, and acceptance criteria.
3+ years of experience managing stakeholders and working across business and technical teams.
