About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead quarterly revenue forecasts, weekly sales analysis, and the 10-year Long Range Plan
- Provide insights for Quarterly Business Reviews and leadership forums
- Use tools such as Anaplan and Hyperion (training available)
- Partner with Commercial Leadership, including the Brand Lead, to align financial plans with brand strategy
- Collaborate with Accounting, Contracts & Pricing (C&P), and Commercial Data & Analytics (CD&A)
Requirements
What you’ll need- Doctorate degree and 2 years of financial planning, revenue forecasting, or strategic finance experience
- OR Master’s degree and 4 years of financial planning, revenue forecasting, or strategic finance experience
- OR Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of financial planning, revenue forecasting, or strategic finance experience
- OR Associate’s degree and 10 years of financial planning, revenue forecasting, or strategic finance experience
- OR High school diploma / GED and 12 years of financial planning, revenue forecasting, or strategic finance experience
- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- MBA, CPA, or related advanced degree
- Biotech, pharma, or healthcare industry experience
- Strength in forecasting, modeling, and long-range planning
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Familiarity with Anaplan or Hyperion
