Oversee and coach ACCP-based portfolio operations employees (Marketing Investment Optimization, Media Analytics and Data Strategy teams) to ensure robust, high-quality analytics.
Ensure analytical outputs are tailored and contextualized to brand strategies, providing actionable insights to business partners.
Serve as the central point of coordination for Portugal’s MIO contributions within global teams and drive cross-country coordination between Portugal, US, and India-based teams.
Partner closely with senior CD&A and MIO leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure consistency, alignment, and impact of Portfolio Ops deliverables.
Recruit, mentor, and develop ACCP talent, ensuring continuous growth, capability-building, and career development opportunities.
Coordinate and oversee relationships with data vendors to ensure contractual deliveries are timely and accurate.
Represent Portugal’s CD&A function within the ACCP leadership structure and contribute to building Lisbon as a global analytics hub.
Report into ACCP leadership with a dotted line to the US-based MIO Senior Director.
Requirements
Degree Educated.
Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare analytics, with an understanding of marketing mix modeling, causal inference, campaign analytics, digital analytics, and similar areas.
Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent visualization platforms, ideally with prior hands-on experience.
Understanding of US healthcare market landscape.
Understanding of both HCP and DTC digital marketing channels and their role in the overall brand marketing plan.
Proven ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and coordinate cross-country efforts.
Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members within a matrixed, global organization.
Advanced project management skills (organizational and planning), with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Skilled communicator able to present complex analyses in clear, actionable terms for business stakeholders.
