Engineer

• Design, develop, and maintain software applications and solutions in Amgen’s Veeva Vault RIM to meet business requirements
• Lead day to day operations and maintenance of Amgen’s R&D Veeva Vault Platform and hosted applications
• Rapidly prototype concepts into working code and implement applications/modules, custom reports, SDKs, interfaces, and enhancements
• Analyze functional & technical requirements and translate them into software architecture and design specifications
• Develop and execute unit tests, integration tests, and other testing strategies following IS change control and GxP Validation processes
• Monitor system health, address incidents, reduce downtime, and ensure availability and performance of critical systems
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software on time
• Maintain detailed documentation of software designs, code, and development processes
• Integrate Veeva Vault with other systems and platforms to ensure seamless data flow and functionality
• Stay up to date on Veeva Vault features, new releases, best practices, and platform governance
