About the role

Implement security measures, conduct security audits, analyse security incidents, and provide recommendations for improvements.
Provide and implement secure B2B technical solutions and perform business process and technical requirements gathering.
Oversee Amgen’s External Workforce setup and oversight and ensure least privilege principle across the enterprise.
Collaborate with cross-functional business and DTI departments, Privacy, Legal, TPRA and AI Council.
Log and track changes and incidents via ServiceNow, DevOps and System Development Lifecycle processes.
Maintain documentation for Functional Digital Profiles, solutions, and integrate with appropriate repositories.
Deliver readiness training and demonstrations to Amgen owners and external partners.
Monitor team approval queues and intake processes; support Incident Response and Major Incident Management.
Secure lifecycle oversight of collaborative and data exchange solutions (MS Teams, MOVEit MFT, eShare, etc.).
Participate in audits, maintain accurate audit records, manage access removal, and ensure regulatory compliance (GDPR, HIPAA, ISO, NIST, CIS).

Minimum five years’ experience in IT security or managed file transfer administration.
Extensive knowledge of secure protocols, networking, storage, and cloud/application architecture.
Proven expertise in identity management, regulatory standards, and SOPs.
Excellent communication, writing, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, international setting.
Familiarity with life science/biotech industries, regulated environments and compliance frameworks.
Good understanding of AI concepts, tools and automation.
Strong grasp of network/cloud infrastructure and identity/access management.
Experience with virtual solutions (Cloud PC, AWS Workspaces, Citrix) and isolation browsers (Island).
Expert knowledge of SFTP/HTTPS/AS2 protocols, Cloud Storage, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, LDAP, Okta, Entra, Azure, Google Cloud, AWS.
Skills in scripting languages such as Python and PowerShell.
Solid foundation in ITIL and advanced analytical troubleshooting.
Advanced ServiceNow skills (preferred).
Professional certifications highly valued (preferred).
Vendor management and global client-facing experience (preferred).
Basic Experience and Education options: Master’s degree and 1–3 years info security/IT OR Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years OR Diploma and 7–9 years.
