About the role
- Ensure high availability, performance, and smooth functioning of critical platforms.
- Monitor system health, identify issues proactively, and coordinate timely resolution of incidents.
- Manage system configurations, integrations, and operational workflows to meet business requirements.
- Support release and change management processes using DevOps toolsets (e.g., Jira, Git, Jenkins, Copado).
- Partner with business teams to troubleshoot issues, analyze root causes, and implement preventive measures.
- Maintain operational documentation, including process runbooks, system configurations, and support guidelines.
- Participate in system upgrades, patching, and compliance-related activities.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and seamless flow between integrated systems.
- Contribute to automation initiatives that improve monitoring, reporting, and operational efficiency.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize CRM and Marketing operations globally.
Requirements
- Master’s degree with 3–4 years of experience in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Strong experience managing and supporting platforms, ideally Veeva CRM and Salesforce.
- Hands-on knowledge of system configuration, release management, and incident resolution.
- Experience with DevOps tools such as Jira, Git, Jenkins, and Copado.
- Experience with test automation and monitoring tools (good-to-have).
- Certifications in Veeva CRM, Salesforce, Copado, and/or SAFe (good-to-have).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work effectively with global, virtual teams.
- High degree of initiative and self-motivation.
