About the role Ensure high availability, performance, and smooth functioning of critical platforms. Monitor system health, identify issues proactively, and coordinate timely resolution of incidents. Manage system configurations, integrations, and operational workflows to meet business requirements. Support release and change management processes using DevOps toolsets (e.g., Jira, Git, Jenkins, Copado). Partner with business teams to troubleshoot issues, analyze root causes, and implement preventive measures. Maintain operational documentation, including process runbooks, system configurations, and support guidelines. Participate in system upgrades, patching, and compliance-related activities. Ensure data integrity, security, and seamless flow between integrated systems. Contribute to automation initiatives that improve monitoring, reporting, and operational efficiency. Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize CRM and Marketing operations globally. Requirements Master’s degree with 3–4 years of experience in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Strong experience managing and supporting platforms, ideally Veeva CRM and Salesforce. Hands-on knowledge of system configuration, release management, and incident resolution. Experience with DevOps tools such as Jira, Git, Jenkins, and Copado. Experience with test automation and monitoring tools (good-to-have). Certifications in Veeva CRM, Salesforce, Copado, and/or SAFe (good-to-have). Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
