About the role
- Support and lead Transformation Initiatives: Contribute to the planning and execution of programs that translate enterprise and Operations strategies into actionable objectives, driving efficiency and agility.
- Operational Excellence: Assist in finding opportunities for process improvement and performance enhancement, helping embed excellence across the organization.
- Digital & Data Enablement: Use digital platforms, analytics, and automation tools to gather insights, optimize processes, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate and track activities within transformation and productivity programs, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and aligned with expected outcomes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with colleagues across Operations, R&D, Commercial, and Corporate Functions to support integrated, enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Performance Tracking: Contribute to developing dashboards, reports, and metrics that monitor progress and inform leadership decisions.
- Change Support: Assist in change management efforts by preparing communications, engaging team members, and supporting readiness activities.
- Capability Building: Help develop frameworks, tools, and training materials that strengthen organizational skills in operational strategy, digital transformation, and execution excellence.
Requirements
- Master’s degree OR Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of relevant business/operations experience OR Associate’s degree and 6 years of relevant business/operations experience OR High school diploma / GED and 8 years of relevant business/operations experience
- Experience supporting business performance, operations, or digital enablement initiatives.
- Exposure to operational strategy, performance management, or consulting.
- Familiarity with digital platforms, data, and analytics for driving outcomes.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and contribute to collaborative outcomes.
