• Responsible for managing the category strategy for Marketing Services, with a focus on Content Production and MarTech.
• Report to the Business Partner Lead – Global Marketing & Media (USA, Remote).
• Developing and implementing sourcing strategies that align with category, brand, digital, and enterprise marketing objectives.
• Leading sourcing initiatives, cross-functional collaboration, and enabling third-party solutions that enhance content agility, digital personalization, and content ROI.
• Build and manage partnerships across Global Marketing, Brand, and Commercial technology procurement and enterprise technology teams.
• Deliver cost efficiencies, improved speed-to-market, and supplier innovation.
• Support sourcing events, vendor negotiations, and contract development for creative production, media operations, and MarTech platforms.
• Help ensure compliance with commercial, legal, and data privacy standards.
• Drive supplier performance, operational agility, and scalable marketing excellence.
• Monitor and improve supplier performance through structured relationship management and performance metrics.
• Identify and mitigate risks within the content and technology supply ecosystem.
• Leverage data and analytics to track category health and key performance indicators (e.g., cycle time, content reuse, cost efficiency).
• Partner cross-functionally and across global regions to ensure strategies align with enterprise standards and enable local market execution.
• Collaborate with external partners, peer networks, and industry bodies to stay ahead of emerging sourcing trends, innovation opportunities, and best practices.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex contracts to drive value, manage risk, and support enterprise procurement objectives.
