About the role
- The Senior Project Manager works closely with the Global Biosimilars cross functional product team and provides program management support for all phases of drug development and therapeutic areas of focus.
- They are responsible for the optimal development of a global tactical plan to support strategic execution of product development deliverables.
- The Senior Project Manager will work across products, and under the guidance of multiple technical leaders and functional experts to ensure that all aspects of biosimilar development are carefully considered.
- The Senior Project Manager will apply project management best practices in the development, initiation, planning, execution, control and closing of projects.
Requirements
- Doctorate degree and 2 years of project management experience OR Master’s degree and 4 years of project management experience OR Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of project management experience OR Associate’s degree and 10 years of project management experience Or High school diploma / GED and 12 years of project management experience
- Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Engineering or Business
- 5+ years of experience in the biotechnology/pharmaceutical industry including in Operations functions (Process Development, Manufacturing or Quality).
- 2+ years Project Management experience, including the ability to identify and implement initiatives, manage multiple projects, prioritize project resources, assess project effectiveness and efficiency, conduct business analysis, and manage and/or coordinate domestic and/or international product development
- Excellent analytical and presentation skills.
