About the role

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, review their work, and support their professional development.
  • Manage and maintain our relationship with Clients and subcontractors.
  • Monitor costs, comparing actual costs against budgeted amounts.
  • Identify cost variances and provide recommendations for cost-saving measures.
  • Producing monthly CVR’s.
  • Produce quarterly budgets and forecasts.
  • Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for Task Orders.

Requirements

  • A strong understanding of commercial reporting and implementation, supported by your excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • A proven track record in a similar role will give you the confidence to be self-sufficient and work on your own initiative.
  • Due to the nature of the role, it is essential for you to hold a suitable qualification that is relevant to the role.
  • It is essential you have a driving licence as you may work from other sites/depots when required.
