About the role

  • Ensuring availability of critical parts for statutory tasks and managing remedial tasks in the CAFM system
  • Performing general and semi-skilled maintenance activities, including security systems like CCTV and alarms
  • Conducting monthly checks and tests of fire extinguisher equipment, fire hydrants, and hoses
  • Completing quarterly RCD testing and inspect Misting Units
  • Maintaining fire doors and performing flushing and tap temperature tests as per water risk assessments
  • Undertaking monthly and annual emergency lighting checks
  • Checking and testing smoke vents as required
  • Carrying out any other duties as required

Requirements

  • Experienced in multiple areas of maintenance such as: Fire; Door Maintenance, Extinguisher Maintenance and Alarm Core Points
  • Emergency Lighting RCD
  • Water Temperature Testing
  • IT skills
